Robert Carrigg, Acting Assistant USTR for Textiles
As the Acting Assistant U.S. Trade Representative for Textiles, Rob Carrigg is responsible for U.S. negotiations affecting textiles and apparel, advises the U.S. Trade Representative on textiles trade policy matters, and works to expand the U.S. industry’s access to foreign markets. Prior to joining USTR, he served for 19 years in the Office of Textiles and Apparel at the U.S. Department of Commerce. Before that he served as an economist for the Bureau of Labor Statistics at the U.S. Department of Labor. Mr. Carrigg completed his undergraduate studies at Loyola Marymount University and did his graduate studies in economics at California State University, Fullerton.

Auggie Tantillo serves as President of SRG & Associates, a federal government affairs consulting firm.
He contracts with USINFI to provide advice and support on federal policy matters that directly impact domestic industrial and narrow fabrics manufacturers. Auggie is a 40 year veteran of Washington policy development and has previosly served as President and CEO of the National Council of Textile Associtions and as Dreputy Assistant Secretary for Textiles & Apparel at the U.S. Departrment of Commerce.

Sara Beatty Founder, Whitehaven Trade Advisors, USINFI Consultant
Sara Beatty, native of Monroe, NC, has worked in government relations since 2003 advocating on behalf of U.S. manufacturers and the domestic textile industry specifically. In 2013, she formed Whitehaven Trade Advisors, which provides government affairs consulting services and trade analysis to U.S. manufacturers and associations. Sara represents the United States Industrial and Narrow Fabrics Institute, a division of the Advanced Textiles Association, and the National Council of Textile Organizations. She also serves on the Industry Trade Advisory Committee on Textiles and Clothing administered by the Commerce Department and United States Trade Representative.
