The Hosted Fabricator program at Advanced Textiles Expo® 2025 offers select fabricators complimentary accommodations and exclusive access to curated networking opportunities. Application deadline is August 1, 2025, however priority consideration will be given to applicants before July 1, 2025. The sooner you apply, the sooner you can be approved. Selected participants will be notified at the latest by August 15, 2025.

We invite custom end product fabricators from all sectors of the textile market including but not limited to awnings and canopies, tents and event structures, marine covers and upholstery, truck tarps and covers, industrial curtains and partitions, shade sails and pergola covers, workwear, athletic and performance wear, tactical, military and protective gear, furniture upholstery, drapes, cushions, automotive and transportation, outdoor and recreational, medical and orthopedic.

Decision makers at the company are welcome. You do not have to be the company owner however you do need to be able to make or influence buying decisions to qualify for the hosted fabricator program.

There is no fee for participating in the Hosted Fabricator program. ATA will pay for your hotel room nights, Advanced Textiles Expo Show Floor Pass and access to exclusive networking events. You’ll be responsible for any additional charges you make at the hotel like dining or on amenities. You will also be responsible for your travel expenses to and from the show, including parking and meals.

Hotel accommodations will be arranged through the program. All hotels are Marriott properties and are close, walkable or connected to the Indiana Convention Center where Advanced Textiles Expo will be held. Accepted participants will receive details on their hotel reservation after acceptance.

If you are unable to attend after being accepted, please notify us as soon as possible so we can offer your spot to another fabricator. Late cancellations may affect eligibility for future programs.

While there is no mandatory requirement, we highly encourage Hosted Fabricators to engage with exhibitors and attend networking events to maximize their experience. Many attendees that attend the show find value in making appointments with exhibitors in advance of the show.
