Since joining Ehmke in 2004 as a design engineer, he has advanced through several leadership roles, becoming President in 2020. A proven leader with over 35 years in engineering and manufacturing, Glenn is recognized for driving operational excellence and forging strong partnerships across the defense textile industry. He holds a U.S. patent for an Aircraft Cabin Door Protective Cover, has received the SmartCEO Executive Management Award, and actively serves as Chair of the Military Board of Directors for the Advanced Textiles Association.

NTI GlobalRachal is President of NTI Global, a privately owned and operated industrial textile converter since 1983. She was named President at the age of 25 and has spent her tenure modernizing the manufacturing process. She co-filed her first patent at 18 and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts at 20. She is an avid reader and enjoys spending leisure time with her husband, their two dogs, and large extended family.
