Charlene Clark
Charlene has over 40 years of experience in sales, marketing, and business leadership, including 23 years in the global hospitality industry and 18 years co-owning and growing Signature CanvasMakers in Hampton, Virginia, alongside her husband, Chandler. She currently serves on the Advanced Textiles Association (ATA) Advisory Board and is the Immediate Past Chair of the Marine Fabricators Association Advisory Board. Charlene is also active in community leadership roles as Vice-Chair of the Hampton Economic Development Authority, Chair of its Loan & Grant Committee, and Chair of the Peninsula Industrial Finance Committee for the Hampton Roads region. Charlene holds an MBA, a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, and an Associate’s degree in Travel & Tourism Management. Away from work, Charlene enjoys time on the water and staying active with her two Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retrievers, Crew and Finn.

Jolene Meese
Jolene Meese is President and owner of Snyder Manufacturing, Inc., a manufacturer of flexible PVC laminates, extruded films, PVC-coated mesh, and knit/woven substrates. Since acquiring the company in 2021, she has led Snyder Manufacturing through significant growth while expanding manufacturing capabilities and strengthening customer partnerships. With more than 25 years of experience in manufacturing and business leadership, Jolene is passionate about quality, service, and advancing the PVC Laminate and the specialty textiles industry through collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Craig Zola
Craig Zola is Vice President of Marketing and Distribution at Herculite Products, bringing more than 35 years of experience in the specialty fabrics industry. Throughout his career, he has led sales, marketing, distribution, product development, and international business growth initiatives across the awning, marine, and performance textiles markets. A long-time advocate and leader within the Advanced Textiles Association (ATA), Zola has served on multiple industry boards, including the Marine Fabricators Association, Chesapeake Marine Canvas Fabricators Association, the ATA Board of Directors, and as Chairman of the Industrial Fabrics Foundation. Known for his strategic leadership, commitment to policy governance, and extensive global industry relationships spanning North America, Europe, Asia, and Australia, he is dedicated to advancing the specialty fabrics industry through innovation, education, collaboration, and strong member engagement.
