Connor Brantley is the Legislative Director at Whitmer & Worrall, where he helps lead the firm's international trade and tax practice. Prior to joining the firm, Connor served as a law clerk for the Democratic staff on the House Committee on Oversight and Reform, working closely with the investigations team. Throughout law school, he gained legal, policy, and public affairs experience with the Department of Justice, the law firm Montgomery McCracken, and other public and private organizations. In his role, Connor has assisted clients in obtaining exclusions from tariffs on foreign imports and in navigating entry into new and emerging international markets. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Auburn University and attended George Mason University Law School.

Martin Whitmer is a founding partner of Whitmer & Worrall, celebrating its 20th anniversary in 2025. He is a leading government relations professional in Washington, DC. Mr. Whitmer served as Special Assistant and Deputy Chief of Staff to the U.S. Secretary of Transportation during the George W. Bush Administration. Previously, he was Vice President of Government Relations for the American Road and Transportation Builders Association (ARTBA) and Republican Legislative Representative for the Laborers' International Union of North America (LIUNA). He also worked in the offices of Sen. Phil Gramm and Rep. Dick Armey. Mr. Whitmer holds a Master's in Public Policy and a law degree from Catholic University and a B.A. from Georgetown University.
