We’ve all been there: a well-intentioned project involving textiles goes off the rails and costs us time, money, and precious sanity. What if there were concrete steps you could take to help anticipate the pitfalls, prepare better, and gain confidence in areas like scaling, material substitutions, lead times, supply chain, design, and fabrication? Decades of partnering with businesses ranging from heavy industrial have provided us with experiences, stories, and results we’ll share with you to achieve your objectives and head off issues before they start.

Learning Objectives: • Identify early warning signs of scaling problems before production begins • Evaluate when a fabric substitution is performance equivalent and when it introduces hidden risk • Anticipate lead time and supply chain blind spots that impact project timelines
