Advanced Textiles Association ® (ATA) announces a new Tax-Advantaged Wellness and Preventative Care Program to expand access to essential care and help members and member companies better manage benefit costs. The program is designed to work alongside existing health insurance plans, including ATA’s Health and Benefits Insurance, without requiring changes to carriers or brokers.

This new supplemental benefit includes $0 virtual primary and urgent care, access to a formulary of no-cost prescriptions, and supportive services focused on mental health and weight health for employees and their families. This new benefit enhances traditional coverage by making everyday care more accessible and affordable.

“ATA is committed to providing resources, such as our Textile Industry Retirement Plan and Health and Benefit insurance options, that help our members attract and retain talent while controlling benefit costs,” remarks Steve Schiffman, ATA president and CEO. “Members have told us that workforce development is critical, and these are existing tools to help.  This new wellness and preventative care program delivers meaningful value to our members for low or no net cost.”

This initiative is part of ATA’s broader strategy to support member success through a robust portfolio of business resources and programs. From retirement planning to operational discounts and workforce solutions, ATA continues to expand offerings that strengthen members’ businesses and workforce.

The program is available now to all ATA member companies as a value added benefit for their employees. Employers interested in offering this benefit to their workforce are encouraged to reach out to the program representative to learn more about enrollment and eligibility.
