Outlook 2017 Conference speaker’s book wins award

Michael M. Woody’s book, American Dragon: Winning the Global Manufacturing War Using the Universal Principles of FEWER, FASTER, and FINER, was named a Business & Economics Foreword Indies finalist. The Foreword Indies Book of the Year Awards recognize the best independently published books. The book gives an overview of China’s manufacturing rise and how U.S. manufactures can compete more effectively with overseas companies.

Woody, CEO of Rhode Island-based Trans Tex LLC, will be a speaker at the 2017 Outlook Conference, May 21-23.
