Code Consultant Paul Armstrong will discuss the International Building and Fire Code criteria imposed on awnings. In this open ended session questions are encouraged.

– Armstrong’s duties and responsibilities to the group
– How the IBC functions as a body
– Pending changes that may impact PAMA members
– How to submit proposed changes to existing code

Engagement with Architects
Willam Roozée, Director of Sales & Business Development, Corradi USA
This course will provide an overview of how to approach working with Architects and ideas to help increase specification opportunities.

– Research: Identify firm cultural attributes and individual architect persona to help prioritize your strategy
– Approach: Educate, do not sell. Leverage communication touch-points to engage with specifiers
– Differentiate: Go beyond what is expected and have the right information at the right time
