Steve Matthew has joined the board of directors of Seaman Corp., Wooster, Ohio, and serves on the Innovation and Technology Committee and Finance and Audit Committee. Matthew is the president of Wooster Hydrostatics and Fluid Power Solutions, a company specializing in remanufacturing, distribution and hydraulic power systems design.
