U.S. Commercial Service offering seminar on export controls

The U.S. Commercial Service is organizing a one-day program Dec. 10 in Sandy, Utah, covering the most up-to-date information on U.S. export controls, including export control reform issues as well as obligations under the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).

The interactive course format includes: case Studies on real world considerations; hands-on exercises/decision making opportunities; industry panels to highlight best practices; and enforcement examples of non-compliant companies as well as their lessons learned.

Register online by Dec. 7 to attend.
