By registering and attending Fabricators Conference and Showcase – Winter 2021, each person acknowledges and agrees to the following restrictions as the criteria of being accepted to attend.

Cancellations and Refunds

If you cancel before Monday, January 21, 2021 at 11:59 p.m. Central Time, you are eligible for a full refund; however, you will incur a processing fee of 10% of your total registration fees. Cancellation notifications must be emailed to Show Management at Events@ATA.com before this time. Substitutions from the same company will be accepted in writing without penalty.

Upon proper cancellation, the full registration fee will be refunded, less the cancellation fee of 10% of your total registration fees, to the card associated with the original transaction.

If you cancel after Monday, January 21,2021 you are eligible for a 50% refund; however, you will incur a processing fee of 10% of your total registration fees. Cancellation notifications must be emailed to Show Management at Events@ATA.com before this time. Substitutions from the same company will be accepted in writing without penalty.

No refunds of any kind will be made for cancellations received after January 21, 2021 at 11:59 p.m. Central Time. No refunds will be given for virtual “no-shows”, late arrivals, early departures, and/or anyone who fails to notify us by the cut-off date using the method listed above. If ATA cancels this event for any reason, you are eligible to receive a full refund, less processing fees.

Ancillary Events Cancellation and Refunds

We reserve the right to alter, cancel or eliminate any/all portions of ancillary and extracurricular activities.

Substitutions, Transfers and Additions

You may transfer your registration to another eligible party if you are unable to attend Fabricators Conference and Showcase – Winter 2021. Registration transfers must be made via email to Events@ATA.com. You may not however, “share” your registration with someone else.

You may add additional registration items on a space-available basis. Additions may be made via email to Events@ATA.com. You will be charged any additional registration fees at the time of the addition.

Photography, Audio and Video Recording

ATA has a long-standing tradition of photography at Fabricators Conference and Showcase for use in the marketing of future events as well as for publishing in our trade magazines for informational and educational purposes.  It’s possible that by attending Fabricators Conference and Showcase – Winter 2021, your image and/or voice might be captured during the normal course of such photography while on the trade show floor or attending educational seminars and conference related events.

Anti-Trust Compliance

It is the policy of Fabricators Conference and Showcase – Winter 2021 and ATA to comply fully with the antitrust laws. In order to comply with those laws and to prevent this event from being used for unauthorized activities you agree to follow our Compliance Program Concerning Federal Antitrust Laws by registering for this event. These policies will be strictly followed throughout this event in order to protect all registrations, Fabricators Conference and Showcase – Winter 2021, and ATA. ATA staff has periodically been briefed on the antitrust laws by ATA counsel. If, during the course of this event a staff member requests a registrant cease and desist any discussion because of a potential risk, you are asked to cease such discussion immediately and follow the instructions of the ATA staff person. Solicitation

Virtual suitcasing is strictly prohibited at Fabricators Conference and Showcase – Winter 2021. We reserve the right to revoke access from any individual from Fabricators Conference and Showcase – Winter 2021 if they are reported to be soliciting at the event and are not a Fabricators Conference and Showcase – Winter 2021 sponsor or exhibitor. We encourage attendees to support the paid sponsors and exhibitors who, in turn, are supporting the industry.

Views Expressed

The views expressed by any Fabricators Conference and Showcase – Winter 2021 attendee, speaker, exhibitor or sponsor are not necessarily those of Fabricators Conference and Showcase – Winter 2021, ATA or its representatives. All event attendees, speakers, exhibitors and sponsors are solely responsible for the content of any and all individual or corporation presentations, marketing collateral, advertising and online Web content.

Cancellation of Event and/or Education

Fabricators Conference and Showcase – Winter 2021 organizers may at any time, with or without giving notice, in their absolute discretion and without giving any reason, cancel or postpone the conference, change its venue or any of the other published particulars, or withdraw any invitation to attend. In any case, neither the organizers nor any of their officers, employees, agents, members or representatives shall be liable for any loss, liability, damage or expense suffered or incurred by any person.

Although every reasonable effort is made to provide the speakers, topics, and sessions listed, some changes or substitutions may occur. Speakers and sessions are subject to cancellation or change up to and including the day the session(s) are scheduled to be held. Changes or cancellations are made at the discretion of ATA and may be done without notifying attendees. If sessions are changed or canceled no refunds should be expected. Agreement to attend the Fabricators Conference and Showcase acknowledges acceptance of this provision.

Code of Conduct

ATA is committed to providing a safe, productive, and welcoming environment for all meeting participants and ATA staff. All participants, including, but not limited to, attendees, speakers, volunteers, exhibitors, ATA staff members, service providers, and all others are expected to abide by this Virtual Programs Code of Conduct. This Policy applies to all ATA meeting-related events, including those sponsored by organizations other than ATA but held in conjunction with ATA events, on public or private platforms.

Expected Behavior:

  • Be considerate of others
  • Be respectful of others and viewpoints that may be different from your own
  • Be mindful of your words and actions

Unacceptable Behavior:

  • Harassment, intimidation, or discrimination in any form.
  • Verbal abuse of any attendee, speaker, volunteer, exhibitor, ATA staff member, service provider, or other meeting guest.
    • Examples of verbal abuse include, but are not limited to, verbal comments related to gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, religion, national origin, inappropriate use of nudity and/or sexual images in public spaces or in presentations, or threatening or stalking any attendee, speaker, volunteer, exhibitor, ATA staff member, service provider, or other meeting guest.
  • Disruption of presentations during sessions, in the exhibit hall, or at other events organized by ATA throughout the virtual meeting. All participants must comply with the instructions of the moderator and any ATA virtual event staff.
  • Presentations, postings, and messages should not contain promotional materials, special offers, job offers, product announcements, or solicitation for services unless expressly approved by ATA. ATA reserves the right to remove such messages and potentially ban sources of those solicitations. ATA reserves the right to deny or revoke admission to anyone who engages in or is reputed to engage in unethical or non-compliant marketing practices.
  • Participants may not copy, record, or broadcast ATA event content. This includes, but is not limited to, content shared via sessions, exhibitors, Q&A, chat room activity, or personal contact details without permission.

Consequences of Unacceptable Behavior

ATA reserves the right to take any action deemed necessary and appropriate, including immediate removal from the meeting without warning or refund, in response to any incident of unacceptable behavior, and ATA reserves the right to prohibit attendance at any future meeting, virtually or in person.

Reporting Behavior

ATA has zero-tolerance for any form of discrimination, harassment or other behavior deemed unacceptable. If you experience harassment or hear of any incidents of unacceptable behavior, ATA asks that you inform events@ifai.com so that we can take the appropriate action.

Recording/Live-Streaming of Sessions/ Pictures

Fabricators Conference and Showcase – Winter 2021 does not allow the photographing, recording, or livestreaming of any session or events unless express permission is given by the speaker, facilitator, or event organizer. No booth on the show floor may be photographed, recorded, or livestreamed in any way whatsoever for personal or commercial use. This rule is to protect the intellectual property of our speakers, facilitators, and exhibitors. Anyone found to be in violation of this rule will be removed from the event without refund.

Liability Waiver & Release

In consideration of your registration and attendance of Fabricators Conference and Showcase – Winter 2021, you waive any and all claims that you or any future agent or heirs has or may have in the future against ATA, Fabricators Conference and Showcase – Winter 2021 their agents, employees, servants, and officials and release them from all risks, liability and covenant not to sue them for any expense, loss, damage, personal injury, including loss of life, disability, property damage, or property theft, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and litigation expenses, or actions of any kind that you may suffer or sustain, before, during or after Fabricators Conference and Showcase – Winter 2021, unless such was caused by the gross negligence of ATA.
