Advanced Textiles Association (ATA) sponsored Associations North’s Diversity and Inclusion committee initiatives.

ATA’s support allows the committee to achieve goals such as: establishing and reporting on metrics to increase diversity and inclusion in associations and the association management profession, preparing current association professionals with the skills necessary to serve diverse populations and launching Associations North’s Diversity and Inclusion (ANDI) Leadership Program. This program is designed to provide a meaningful and progressive cohort leadership experience that will fully engage diverse members of the association community within their organization and within Associations North. The program will officially launch in late 2018.

“We have received very positive feedback on the accomplishments we’ve made so far, and we have big plans this year to continue moving forward”, said Diversity and Inclusion committee co-chair and ATA division supervisor Andrea Jauli.

Associations North serves the Midwest association community which currently includes more than 1,200 members. They are dedicated to advancing and serving associations. ATA has been a member since 2006. For more information please click here.
