The Sewn Products Equipment & Suppliers of the Americas (SPESA) elected new leadership to two-year terms at its annual executive conference in San Antonio in November. Sam Simpson, vice president of Gerber Technology was named chairman. Nina McCormack, vice president and CFO of DAP America, Inc. was named vice chairman. Secretary/treasurer is Ed Gribbin, president of Alvanon, Inc. Benton Gardner, SPESA, was named president.
