DSM Dyneema, the Netherlands-based manufacturer of Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMwPE) fiber branded as Dyneema®, has acquired Cubic Tech Corp. of Mesa, Ariz.

Cubic Tech specializes in the custom design, development and production of high-performance ultra-lightweight flexible laminates and fabrics for applications as diverse as racing yacht sails, equipment and apparel for sportswear, outdoor and future soldier programs, and emergency medical equipment. The company will be fully integrated into DSM Dyneema.
