High-speed digital textile printing requires fast printers and reliable, quality inks. Sawgrass Technologies, Mt. Pleasant, S.C., has developed new dye sublimation and pigment inks with patented rheology modified ink (RMI™) technology that provide fine image quality and reliability with super-fast printers. In an agreement with MS Srl., Pertusella, Italy, Sawgrass will distribute the full line of MS digital printers, which run at speeds ranging from 1,670 square feet per hour on the JP-4 model to up to 75 meters per minute on the La Rio model.
